Matrix Simulators Pty Ltd is committed to protecting an individual's right to privacy
and to full compliance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988
as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 ("Act").
In particular, Matrix Simulators Pty Ltd will comply with the National Privacy

for its own use.

submit any information in connection with your application to us for registration
or when you fill out and submit one of our registration forms.

(Principle 6 - Access and Correction), you have a right to see and have
a copy of personal and sensitive information about you that we hold.
If you are able to establish that personal or sensitive information that
we hold about you is not accurate, complete and up-to-date, we will take
reasonable steps to correct it so that it is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
If we are unable to agree that personal or sensitive information that
we hold about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date, you may ask us
to place with the information a statement by you that claims that particular
information is not accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you wish to exercise
your rights of access and correction you should contact our Privacy Officer,
whose details are shown above.
By reading this Privacy Statement, you consent to us collecting, using,
storing and disclosing personal information, about you and provided by
you or by another person in accordance with this Privacy Statement. All
information sought and collected is required for our business purposes,
which is to assist you with gaining employment.
